The Darke County Republican Party Central Committee is composed of individual central committee members that represent each precinct in Darke County. This person is elected to a two-year term during the primary election in even numbered years.  If someone is appointed by the Central Committee, that term continues until the next election when the current appointed member will need to file petitions with the Board of Elections if they choose to run for another term.

 As the central committee member for your district, you would be the link to the voters in their community, serving as the grassroots person who lives among the people you represent, helping to educate your neighbors on upcoming elections, candidates, and issues. Central committee members are GOP leaders in the county and vote on appointments that may need made or endorsements in elections.
