Cindy Pike greeted attendees and opened the evening with a thorough roasting of Terry. Cindy Pike admires emcee Jim Buchy's tie as she introduces him.

Nick Domsitz brought a letter of thanks and congratulations from John Boehner, read it and then presented it to Terry.
David Brooks from County Commissioners' Association of Ohio did a little of both roasting and toasting of Terry.

Terry shows the audience the clock given to him by Cheryl Subler of County Commissioners' Association of Ohio
Greenville Mayor Mike Bowers congratulated Terry and thanked him for his service.

Kay Seiler (R) read a proclamation from Senator Keith Faber (12th)  and presented it to Terry.
Kay Seiler also read a letter from George Voinovich that congratulated Terry on his achievements and public service.

John T. Donnellan ("Tim") gave a full and detailed presentation of Terry's relationship and contributions to first SCOPE and then CAP.
Marv Stammen  did a great job of roasting Terry to a medium rare state......and had the audience laughing heartily.

Terry and Jim joined in the laughter as Marv Stammen skewered Terry.
Dick Adams (79th) roasted Terry and then congratulated him on his many contributions.

Gene Krebs, past state representative and current Preble County Commissioner  talked about Terry and some of their experiences over the years.
Darke County Commissioner Diane Delaplane got Terry's attention by bringing up some of his past  encounters.

Jim Buchy seemed to be giving Terry some advice regarding the escapades Diane Delaplane had just revealed. Darke County Commissioner Diane Delaplane presented Terry with a bag of "retirement necessities"  and had a hard time containing her laughter as they discussed the use of  Playdoh.

Ohio Supreme Court Justice Bob Cupp proclaimed Terry to be medium well done and proceeded to turn up the heat, but finished by ordering him to have a fulfilling retirement. Phil Snyder of Snyder Consulting had  many  funny anecdotes to reveal about Terry , including one about how Terry chased him up the stairs in the Commissioner's building.

Dana Leas took Terry on a trip down memory lane and talked about how she always revered and feared him as an "older brother". Terry was presented with  an elephant statue pen and pencil set engraved with his name and a commemoration of his service

The crowd assembled to roast and toast Commissioner Haworth gave him a standing ovation at the end of the evening.
